Governance principles

Presidium Global operates under a documented governance framework. This page is a public summary — not the complete internal policy.

A formal board has not yet been constituted. Governance currently sits with the founders per the Founder Charter.

Risk management is maintained as an internal discipline. The register itself is not public-facing content.
